Returns & Refunds
Unfortunately, once you've ordered from www.chutnefy.com, they're yours to keep – no returns on online purchases please (Exceptions do apply, such as below)
We'll happily replace damaged items for free. Just help our customer service team by sharing some details so we can investigate what went wrong where. You've got a 15-day window though, so do let let us know ASAP. We're here to fix any issues!
Refunds are on a case-to-case basis. Our customer service team will guide you through the process for a speedy resolution. Refund processing can take 7-10 working days to your original payment method.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer support by email at orders@chutnefy.com
If the products have been dispatched, shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Refund will be issued within 7 to 10 working days.
