Returns & Refunds

 

Unfortunately, once you've ordered from www.chutnefy.com, they're yours to keep – no returns on online purchases please (Exceptions do apply, such as below)

 

We'll happily replace damaged items for free. Just help our customer service team by sharing some details so we can investigate what went wrong where. You've got a 15-day window though, so do let let us know ASAP. We're here to fix any issues!

 

Refunds are on a case-to-case basis. Our customer service team will guide you through the process for a speedy resolution. Refund processing can take 7-10 working days to your original payment method. 

 

Cancellations

 

Our shipping team gets into action on every business day after 1PM. So if at all you change your mind about your order, please let us know before Noon on Shipping day for orders made up to 24 hours prior.
