The humble and native curry leaf rarely finds its fame, but we decided to change that - and that’s why we bring to you our vibrant, flavourful Curry Leaf (AKA Karuveppillai/Karivepaku/Karibevina Ele/Kariveppila/Karee Patta) Chutney.
Enjoy this chutney not just with the usual favourites, but go ahead and experiment - give it a dip with some hot parathas, make a killer Podi idli (just sprinkle as a powder over some chopped up leftover Idlies and enjoy), give it a mix as a powder or a chutney with some steaming hot rice for a delicious mixed rice. Chef's note: We've got a way we love our chutney - thick and rich! But go ahead and add a little more water once fully stirred to get it to the consistency you'd like to enjoy it in.
