Shipping Policy 

 

 

Chutnefy ships across India! We offer shipping to all PIN codes in India at a nominal charge, based on your location and type of shipping availed.  

 

Our commitment to swift deliveries means we dispatch orders on the same day if placed before 1PM on all business days (Monday - Saturday).

 

For orders placed after 1PM, fret not - it’ll be on its way on the next business day. In cases of National/Regional/Public holidays, all orders (including Express Shipping) will be fulfilled on the next business day. 

 

Once your order has left our building, expect it to reach you in 2-7 business days, contingent on your location. 

 

 

Shipping time and rates

 

India Wide Standard Shipping: 2-7* Business Days / ₹39 

 

Express Shipping: 1-3* Business Days / ₹89

 

*Some PIN codes may take longer based on distance and serviceability

  

 

Express Shipping

 

We also offer EXPRESS SHIPPING to select locations, and you can opt for the same if shown during checkout. EXPRESS SHIPPING orders received before 1PM on business days (Monday - Saturday) are dispatched on the same day, and orders placed after 1PM are dispatched on the next business day. In cases of National/Regional/Public holidays, all orders will be fulfilled on the next business day. 

Note: We prioritize all express shipping orders, but due to any operational constraints from the shipping partner's side or other external factors, there might be the rare occurence of a delay by a 24-48 hours at most. 

 

 

Holidays & Weekends

 

Dispatches end at 1PM on Saturday, and resume at 1PM on Monday. We dispatch orders on all other days, except if advised by our shipping partners. Please bear with delays in delivery during: 

 

• National & regional public holidays/holiday periods

 

• Inclement or unexpected weather changes

 

• Civic issues or other transportation-related challenges beyond the delivery partner's responsibility

 

We work with leading Shipping partners who are committed to  doing their best to get your order to you at the earliest possible time. We will keep a track of it to ensure it reaches you safely!

• Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, as multiple factors could affect it. We request your understanding on this. 

 

• Many shipping delays occur due to incorrect/incomplete information provided while placing the order, which causes returns or inability to fulfill the orders on time. We request your cooperation in providing your delivery address in as much detail as possible to help us serve you as fast as we can! 

 

• We work with multiple shipping partners based on your location, but any unforeseen logistical delays may arise, for which  Chutnefy cannot be held liable - we will ensure that we do our best to get your order to you though! 

 

• Shipping rates and other info is subject to change without prior notice 

 

• Certain locations/PIN codes might be unserviceable or have limited service by specific shipping partners - in such cases, we'll find one that delivers and get it sent to you, but this might cause a delay.
